EMBARCAÇÃO-ENTIDADE is a one-hour divine masquerade in which five performers embody hybrid entities through handmade wearable sculptures. Moving slowly through 14th Street, archetypal figures gather, drift, pause, and transform within the rhythms of the city. The procession invites audiences into encounters with otherworldly presences that blur the boundaries between body, sculpture, and apparition, opening fleeting moments of wonder, estrangement, and collective imagination in public space.

About the Artist(s)
Mexican artist and curator Alejandro Chellet and Australian artist and designer Brittany Maton have come together to create EMBARCAÇÃO-ENTIDADE, a collaborative practice rooted in ritual performance and radical hospitality. Their individual practices span performance, social practice, food systems, fashion, textiles, sculpture, and material culture. Together, they explore embodiment, divine masquerade, and collective experience through interdisciplinary forms.
